Refund Policy

We understand that customer satisfaction is important. However, due to the nature of our certification services, we do not offer 100% refunds after the certification process has begun. This is due to the costs associated with reviewing and processing applications. However, a partial refund of 80% applies within the first 48 hours. Therefore, you should first check your time availability before enrolling and paying for the course.
